The Company is registered in the Companies' Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, part 8363.

Offices are situated in main bulding nr.23, 3rd floor, right next to the stairs/elevator.

The company Project Design and Development Agency was founded in May 2004 as a purely Czech firm focused on grant and project management. Today it belongs to rapidly and dynamically developing companies which help regional and local governments to gain resources for financing of their development activities.

The most important clients are as follows: Ministry for Culture of Czech republic, Ministry for Regional Development of Czech republic, Statutory City of Pardubice, City of Kutná Hora, Town of Terezín and many others.

The project team Project Design and Development Agency consists of professionals in the field of finance, public economy, regional development, project and grant management, marketing and public relations. Its experts are experienced in both project preparation and successful realization within the grant programmes of Czech republic, pre-accession EU funds (SAPARD) and the last programming period (SROP, JPD2, JPD3, OP RLZ, OPPP). Furthermore, the company participates actively in the preparation of integrated projects for the next programming period 2007-2013, combined with the so-called approach PPP.

In addition, the Project Design and Development Agency concentrates on research activities which enable the enlargement of the company`s service portfolio and also improve the skills and knowledge of its experts, which means an improving quality of work. Concerning the research projects, the company cooperates with several universities and other research institutions.

The Project Design and Development Agency provides elaboration of specialized analysis and complex studies and projects and also grant management focused on the utilization of grants coming either from Czech public budgets or from EU resources. These services are offered to central organs of state authority and local governments as well as to the representatives of the private consultancy sector.

Except the project preparation itself, the company`s team is higly skilled and experienced in administration and management of the projects supported by the grant programmes of the Czech republic or European Union.

What is more, our services are aimed at formulation and definition of a further development of a region or a community, preparation of preliminary studies and projects. Our company provides consultant service by searching for new investors and providers and also organization of public competitions including their evaluation.
